A moment to contemplate life, we need this, said the chipmunk I ran into the other day. Looking into the horizon, gazing up to the blue sky, or watching grass grow, we need these seconds. Soon enough our minds will peak back, tangle with the worries, and the chatter, the chirping.
I look to the biggest and smallest of critters to teach me what to do in times of stress. They’ve got a handle on it. They’ve got something figured out.
