How to Go Alkaline and Live to Tell About It

Green happens inside and out. When we take care of the planet, we take care of ourselves. But what’s the best way to take care of ourselves? What exactly is eating right? With so much information to wade through, it’s not easy to pinpoint the exact point at which we’ve discovered the perfect “diet.” We should cringe at the word and instead work on eating foods we can pronounce, with a solid, base in, you guessed it, green.
